Pleqo sends your defined prompts to 7 AI platforms every day and analyzes the responses. It shows whether your brand is mentioned, what position it holds, and how that changes over time.
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Grok, and Google AI Overviews. That's 7 platforms in total. All are scanned automatically every day.
The score is based on how often your brand is mentioned across the 7 platforms for your defined queries, your position ranking, and trend changes. It's displayed as a value between 0-100. Platform breakdowns and trend charts over time are also included.
A mention is when AI includes your brand name in its response. A citation is when AI directly links to your website as a source. Citations are more valuable for visibility because they drive users directly to your site.
Every day, automatically. All 7 platforms are scanned every 24 hours. When you open your panel in the morning, the previous day's data is ready.
Source analysis shows which websites AI platforms cite most frequently. This helps you see which sources are considered trustworthy by AI in your industry, so you can shape your content strategy accordingly.
Share of voice shows how often AI platforms recommend you versus your competitors for your defined queries. For example, your competitor might be recommended 60% of the time while you get 25%. Think of it as your market share in AI visibility.
They show how your visibility score and mention count change day by day. You can track upward and downward trends, and see the impact of your optimizations.
Write questions your customers would actually ask AI. Be specific, not generic. Instead of "Best CRM software," try "What's the most affordable CRM software for small businesses?" — more specific prompts yield more meaningful results.
Scans run daily and results typically appear in your panel within a few minutes. Occasional platform-side delays can happen, but this is rare.
Scans run across all 7 platforms and there's no option to disable individual platforms. You can filter by platform on the dashboard to view only the data you're interested in.
Each prompt is defined in a single language. If you want to track the same question in different languages, you need to add a separate prompt for each language. You can add queries in as many languages as your prompt quota allows.
Pleqo records and analyzes AI platform responses as-is. Inaccuracy reports should be submitted directly to the relevant AI platform (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Pleqo does not have the ability to correct or modify these responses.
The core tracking logic is the same: your prompts are queried and responses are analyzed. However, Google AI Overviews operates within Google search results, so it's structurally different from the other chat-based platforms. All platforms are displayed in the same format on the dashboard.
First, identify which platform and query triggered the negative mention. The AI Insights section will provide actionable recommendations. Generally, adding trustworthy content to your site, strengthening E-E-A-T signals, and building authority on relevant keywords gradually shifts how AI platforms perceive your brand.
Yes. Daily scan history is stored for each prompt. You can use trend charts to see how your visibility score, mention count, and position have changed over time.
All scan data is retained as long as your account is active. There is no automatic deletion period.
CSV export is supported. PDF download is not currently available.
When you delete a prompt, that query is no longer included in daily scans. We recommend exporting related data before deleting if needed.
The prompt detail page shows a platform-by-platform breakdown. You can see your mentions, position, and citation status across all platforms on a single screen. The platform where you score highest is where you perform best.
